8. Refund policy (recommended and applied where stated)

We aim to be clear and fair about refunds. Refund eligibility depends on what was purchased and how access was delivered. Unless a specific offer page states otherwise, the following general approach applies:

• Digital courses with ongoing access: refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase if substantial portions of the course have not been consumed. We may ask for order details to verify eligibility.
• Webinars and live workshops: if a session has not started, refund requests may be considered. If a session has started or a recording has been delivered, refunds may be limited depending on the circumstances.
• Downloadable digital materials: because delivery is immediate, refunds are typically not available once the download link has been accessed, except where required by applicable law.

To request a refund, contact support via Contact. Provide the email used for the purchase and a brief explanation. We do not ask for sensitive personal data to process a refund request.

9. Educational disclaimer and no professional advice

All content is provided for general educational purposes. It is not tailored to your personal circumstances and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Your use of the content is at your own discretion and risk.

We do not provide financial services and do not facilitate investments or donations. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that the courts located in Toronto, Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the services, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us and providing a description of the issue. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute within 30 days after notice is received. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may pursue available legal remedies in the courts specified above.
